Jobberman Ghana wins excellence in Recruitment Partnerships Award

Leading tech-enabled career development and recruitment company, Jobberman Ghana, has been awarded the Excellence in Recruitment Partnerships Award at the 2nd edition of the Ghana Strategic Customer Relations Conference & Awards held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.

This award underscores Jobberman Ghana’s unwavering commitment to connecting qualified job seekers with verified employers across the country.

Jobberman Ghana plays a pivotal role in shaping the nation’s employment landscape by offering tailored recruitment solutions, comprehensive training services, and impactful partner projects to enhance youth employability.

In an interview, Genevieve Amponsah, Communications Specialist for Jobberman Ghana, expressed profound gratitude to customers and partners of the company for believing in their mission and relying on them to hire very qualified people to grow their business, and dedicated the award to the entire Jobberman Team for their continued dedication and hard work.

“It takes a dedicated team to win and succeed. On behalf of the team, we feel honoured to receive this award. As a company, we live by the mantra of teamwork. This achievement is as a result of our collective efforts to render excellent service to our customers in Ghana. We remain committed to driving positive change in Ghana’s job market and supporting the career aspirations of countless individuals,” she stated.

For the past 12 years, Jobberman Ghana has connected over 15,000 Ghanaians to job opportunities and partnered with the GIZ and the MasterCard Foundation to train and place young people in employability skills and decent jobs, respectively.

Currently, Jobberman Ghana is collaborating with the MasterCard Foundation and Agri Impact to deliver the “Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) program.”

The program focuses on attracting and upskilling youth in specific soft skills courses and creating dignified and fulfilling career opportunities for 8,000 youth in Ghana by 2028.
