About HAPPY Programme

The HAPPY Programme is a four-year initiative in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, aimed at creating 326,000 dignified work opportunities for Ghanaian youth, particularly young women and persons with disabilities.

The programme focuses on the rice, soybean, tomato, and poultry value chains and is implemented by an eight-member consortium, including institutions such as Newage Agric Solutions, the National Service Authority (NSA), and Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA).

Since its launch in December 2023, it has generated over 138,000 job opportunities in just 15 months, significantly advancing youth employment in agribusiness.

As the programme continues to expand, stakeholders reaffirmed their commitment to fostering an inclusive agribusiness environment that offers sustainable employment and empowerment for Ghanaian youth.

With a strong emphasis on innovation and collaboration, Agri-Impact Limited and its partners remain dedicated to driving growth and transformation within the agricultural sector.
