The management of actress and entrepreneur, Fella Makafui has dismissed reports circulating about the actress arrest over alleged sale of unregistered products.
On Thursday, a press statement from ISPYGH 247, a so-called investigative filmmaking firm said a collaboration with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana led to the discovery of “unregistered drugs” sold by the actress.

It added that ISPYGH 247 after a close 6 months monitoring of Fella’s social media posts gathered evidence of her alleged illegal activities leading to an arrest.
However, hours after the news had circulated, Richmond Amofa Sarpong, the Manager of the actress has denied the reports.
The lawyer clarified in a statement on Facebook that Fella Makafui was only invited by the Police which she honoured.
He added that the actress soon departed the police premises after providing all necessary information required by the police to assist investigation into her alleged sale of unregistered products.
Mr. Amofa Sarpong emphasized that Fella Makafui also presented to the police her license obtained from the Ghana Traditional Medicine Practice alongside details of registered products from the Food and Drugs Authority.
