Under fire Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club head coach Aboubakar Ouattara isn’t too bothered about how his team fared in its latest league outing aside bagging a much needed win.

He said this after Hearts beat Nations FC 2-0 in the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium after suffering a 2-0 loss to archrival Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the immediate past round.

Goals from Kassim Cisse and Hamza Issah in the 10th and 15th minutes respectively gave Hearts their 10th win of the 2023-2024 league season with two games left to conclude the campaign.

Speaking in a post game presser after the win, Ouattara stressed the importance of winning the game stating,

“Just win. We got the three points that’s the important thing now we are thinking about the next match. You saw the second half, we had problems with injuries and Nations FC played well but fortunately we got the two goals early and it’s good for us.”
