President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Abuja, Nigeria, to participate in the 67th Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government.
He touched down in the Nigerian capital this evening, joining fellow West African leaders for the high-level summit aimed at deepening regional cooperation, addressing security challenges, and advancing economic integration across ECOWAS member states.

The session comes at a critical time for the sub-region, as leaders are expected to deliberate on pressing issues including democratic governance, regional stability, and the ongoing efforts to reintegrate the Sahelian states that exited the bloc.

President Mahama’s participation underscores Ghana’s continued commitment to ECOWAS’ peace and development agenda. He is expected to engage in bilateral meetings and closed-door discussions during the summit.
