Swedru All Blacks head coach Prince George Koffie has officially parted ways with the club following the expiration of his contract.

His departure comes after leading the Black Magicians to a memorable promotion to the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League.

Koffie took over early in the Division One League season and steered the team through the challenging Zone Two campaign. Under his guidance, All Blacks secured a long-awaited return to the top flight, finishing with 66 points from 30 matches, registering 21 wins, 3 draws, and just 6 losses.

Despite the celebratory end to the season, his decision not to renew his contract has been met with mixed emotions. Supporters and club officials had high hopes of seeing Koffie spearhead the team in the top division.

Respected for his tactical intelligence and composure on the sidelines, Koffie’s coaching résumé includes stints at Nzema Kotoko, New Edubiase United, Great Olympics, Eleven Wonders, and Namibian side African Stars.

With Koffie now moving on, Swedru All Blacks face the task of appointing a new head coach capable of continuing their progress in the Premier League. Meanwhile, Koffie is expected to attract interest from ambitious clubs both in Ghana and abroad.
